Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Our policy ensures fair access to dental care and efficient practice operations, designed with full transparency in mind.
Deposits
A £60 deposit secures your appointment, fully deducted from your treatment cost upon attendance.
Cancellations
Provide 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Your deposit is refundable or transferable with adequate notice.
Missed Appointments
Failure to attend without prior notification results in deposit forfeiture. Repeated missed appointments may affect future bookings.
Exceptional Circumstances
For genuine emergencies, please contact reception directly. We will do our best to accommodate.

New Patient Examination — £80
Comprehensive initial assessment including oral exam, 2 x-rays, health evaluation, and treatment planning. New patients only.
Direct Access Hygiene — £80
Professional cleaning, plaque removal, scaling, and oral hygiene guidance. No prior dental referral needed. New patients welcome.
Routine Check-up (Recall) — £60
Regular examination to monitor oral health and maintain dental wellness. For existing patients.
Hygiene Appointment — From £75
Professional cleaning, tartar removal, stain reduction, and oral hygiene advice with our hygienists. Existing patients.
Specialist Consultations — From £60
Discuss implants, cosmetic procedures, or complex restorations. Consultation fee contributes to treatment cost if you proceed.
Emergency Appointments — £60
